It moved in and never left. Then later, something went out with your name on it that wasn't quite right, and the wrong person spotted it. Once. That was enough. Since then the polish has been doing two jobs: making the work better, and making sure that meeting never happens again. And marketing keeps handing you reasons. New tools, new channels, new formats. There's always a perfectly good case for the rebuild. So it gets built. Properly. At 9pm.
