Refund policy

Quiet Flow Studio

Every Quiet Flow Studio product is a digital file, delivered by email within minutes of purchase. Because delivery is instant and the product is yours immediately, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If something is genuinely wrong with your file, we will fix it.

Change of mind

Once a digital product has been delivered, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange because you've changed your mind, purchased the wrong product for your needs, or decided not to use it. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of your digital product and acknowledge that any cooling-off or cancellation period that would otherwise apply to distance purchases ends once delivery begins.

Please read the product page carefully before purchasing. Every product page describes exactly what the system does, what's included, and the format it arrives in. If you're unsure whether a product suits your situation before buying, contact us and ask. We'd rather answer a question than disappoint a customer.

Faulty files or products not as described

If your file is corrupted, won't open, is missing components listed on the product page, or is materially different from what was described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@quietflowstudio.com. Include your order number and a short description of the problem. We will replace the file or, where a replacement doesn't resolve it, refund your purchase in full.

Faulty means the product doesn't work as described. It doesn't cover software requirements stated on the product page, or preferences about layout or approach. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Didn't receive your file?

Delivery is automatic and usually lands within a few minutes of purchase. Check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us at hello@quietflowstudio.com with your order number and we'll resend it promptly. A delayed email is never a reason to lose access to something you've paid for.
